A new A3Energy Class residential complex, with anti-seismic structure: six large four-room apartments, exposed on 3 sides, with private gardens and covered porticos on the ground floor; covered balconies and arcades, with glass parapets, on the upper floors

First choice floors and coverings: wood look tiles in the living area and oak parquet in the night area. Alternatively the whole apartment in ceramic or parquet.
