In order to reach a well established presence on the Lake Iseo, IRC-BAU entrusted the Building Surveyor Studio Tecnico Geometra M.Cristina Marini for building and design services and the Real Estate Agent Studio Immobiliare Ferrari for technical and business management. The agency, created in 2006, is specialized in both residential and commercial real estate in the area of Lake Iseo and Franciacorta.
IRC BAU ITALIA was founded with the purpose of operating in the Sebino area through the construction of “La Santissima” building complex and having as its future objective the renovation and redevelopment of a building in the historic center of Iseo.
